incorrect evasion calculations when having negative evasion in custom config(to emulate eldritch altars)

What is the value from the calculation in-game?

so when I was checking this bug https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3884196 since they mentioned they had used POB, I imported their juggernaut and added -6000 evasion to the custom config, when checking calculations it shows that negative flat number on the global base line, however when mousing over the total line it seems it completely ignores negative values so it outputs a positive total number instead of the reality which is 0.
