In game the dps shown when using level 21 volley support is higher than when using level 20.
What is the wording in Path of Building?
In pob the dps doesn't change with level 20 vs 21. In the calcs under "Total More:" the -3 vs -2 less projectile damage is shown in the popup, but the total more is -14% for both. See images.
