Add New Layout for NOTES section

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The Notes section and be kind of long and would be easier to split up when using the Layout feature.

Describe the solution you'd like

For example, I have two Layouts "Act 1 (10-15) (18 Points)" and "Act 2 (15-32) (39 Points) 1st Lab" as the program currently sits, all the tabs switch to the correct layout, but there is nothing for notes so its one long list of NOTES. If we can add mult pages in the Notes like we do the others, when I am in Act 2 (15-32) (39 Points) 1st Lab layout when I go to notes, you only see the notes for Act 2 and nothing else. I have had mult people see the notes section and not read.

I really hope i explained this well and would be an amazing feature to have.

Commencez par retracer l’implémentation de la section Notes et de la fonctionnalité Layout dans Path of Building. Déterminez comment les layouts sélectionnent le contenu des autres onglets et définissez le comportement équivalent pour Notes ; le travail est considéré comme terminé lorsque chaque layout n’affiche que les notes qui lui sont associées et que les layouts existants continuent de fonctionner.
