What platform are you running Path of Building on?

Windows

What is the value from the calculation in-game?

With General's Cry linked to Autoexertion my cooldown is currently 1.45s. If I support these two gems with enhance it goes down to 1.40s

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

With General's Cry linked to Autoexertion my cooldown is currently 1.45s. If I support these two gems with enhance the cooldown is unchanged

How to reproduce the issue
  1. Add any warcry gem to your skill in PoB
  2. Link this warcry to Autoexertion
  3. Select this warcry as your main skill
  4. Notice the skill cooldown
  5. Slot in enhance and notice the skill cooldown does not change even though quality on autoexertion reduces cooldown

The behaviour seems very inconsistent. If I equip an ashes of the stars both the level AND quality are added to both my warcry and autoexertion. However if I link this with a second warcry (e.g. infernal cry) the second warcry doesn't get the level or quality from Ashes nor does it get the quality from enhance

Research direction

Start by importing the linked PoB build and reproducing the cooldown difference with General's Cry, Autoexertion, Enhance, and Ashes of the Stars. Trace the calculation path for linked warcry gem level and quality effects; done means the affected cooldowns and secondary warcry modifiers match the reported in-game behavior.
