What is the value from the calculation in-game?
Specific total max HP points disable progenesis from phys max hit and probably some other calculations like HP pool. These points disable progenesis from applying (can be confirmed by enabling/disabling it, it stops changing anything in PoB), that lowers phys max hit and other max hit too. I think the bug applies to petrified blood too, but not sure on this one.
What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?
Phys max hit should go up with equipping "Phys as Ele" crown, since I have 89 lightning res which is way more than my 39% phys mutigation.
How to reproduce the issue
- Equip Phys as Ele crown which is in PoB, or craft a new one.
- If you craft it, put EXACTLY +127 hp on it. Phys as Ele mod doesn't affect the bug, just HP on helm is enough to cause the bug.
Phys Max HP changes by a lot, with phys as ele mod it goes down, without it just changes incorrectly. Ticking/unticking progenesis stop changing max hit.
- Change hp from +127 to 126/128, max HP hit goes up, progenesis back to working.
Same works with any item, so it's not a specific helm issue but specific HP pool issue. Putting +127 on helm and changing gloves to -1 fixes calculation too.
