What is the value from the calculation in-game?

In game, when I use Shrapnel Ballista with Locus Mine Support, The skill throws 3 mines, when detonated summon Ballistas. Those use the Ballista Attack Rate.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

Path of Building calculates it as Average Damage x Throw Rate of the Mines(assumed), giving a substantial bonus and incorrect value to the amount of damage delt.
