How is Path of Building expected to behave?

When I hover over over a jewel in the jewel socket dropdown in the Items screen, the jewel's hover box should be displayed legibly.

How does Path of Building behave?

When I hover over over a jewel in the jewel socket dropdown in the Items screen, the jewel's hover box is covered up by the hover box for any items behind the dropdown menu in the All Items list. See the image below where I am hovering over a Megalomaniac jewel but the Mageblood item box is being incorrectly shown on top of it.

In my case PoB is running on a 4K screen, snapped to one half of the screen, which puts most of the item lists below the jewel sockets.

How to reproduce the issue

Run path of building at a resolution/window size that the All Items list appears below the list of jewel sockets in the Items screen. Hover over a jewel in the list while there is an item in the All Items list immediately behind it, and observe the incorrect item box appears over the jewel's item box.

Beginne im Items-Bildschirm und reproduziere das Problem bei einer Fenstergröße, bei der die All Items-Liste unterhalb des Jewel-Socket-Dropdowns erscheint. Erledigt ist es, wenn beim Überfahren eines Jewels dessen Hover-Box gut lesbar angezeigt wird, ohne dass die Item-Box der dahinterliegenden Liste darüber erscheint.
