When using Power Report, it only checks for Notables and small nodes, not Masteries.
(I also think that Power Report is broken tbh, I often get cases where the Full DPS displayed in the list for a certain path do not match the reality of actually allocating those points at all : https://i.imgur.com/mpqgYao.png)
