Affliction charge damage and increased damage with ailments from attack skills should apply to damaging ailments from shield skills.
What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?
Pob doesnt apply the mentioned mods (and others?) for calculating ailment damage from shield skills, tested with bleed ignite and poison. The mods work correctly for non-shield attack skills.
How to reproduce the issue
- Select Spectral Shield Throw
- Equip Olesyas delight, a shield and a cluster with martial prowess
- Set frenzies
- Config attacks have 100% chance to cause bleeding
- The calc shows neither more damage from affliction charges nor inc from martial prowess
