PoB starting fine on fresh install but after PC reboot wont open

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

Check for duplicates

• I've checked for duplicate open and closed issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

How to reproduce the issue

I dont know exactly how to reproduce it.
I tried updating my PoB but it took really long so I just uninstalled all versions from my pc (I checked all drives) and downloaded the latest installer. After a fresh install PoB works but after rebooting the PC it wont open up.

I already tried running it as admin, from the PoB direction itself and via shortcut.

Commencez par le dernier programme d’installation et l’exécutable PoB installé, puis comparez le lancement depuis le répertoire d’installation, via un raccourci et en tant qu’administrateur, avant et après un redémarrage de Windows 10. Reproduisez le succès signalé après une nouvelle installation et l’échec après le redémarrage ; le travail est terminé lorsqu’une cause reproductible ou un diagnostic concret expliquant pourquoi PoB ne s’ouvre pas a été identifié.
