What is the value from the calculation in-game?

When I slot manaforged arrows, with cast on critical strike support, with a bow gem, with a spell gem - it says "No cast on critical strike triggering skill found". Unclicking manaforged arrows (gem) allows the calculations to work. Manaforged arrow attacks can use COC in game and should be supported.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

Produces "No cast on critical strike triggering skill found".
