What is the behaviour in-game?
Lightning Arrow of Electrocution sticks up to 10 arrows into an enemy and then has 4 repeated lightning strikes. So without Barrage this should be one stuck arrow per attack in one enemy. With Barrage multiple hits per attack are possible on one enemy, so it should stick arrows up to 10 even with multiple stuck arrows per attack, and then do the lightning strikes.
What is the behaviour in Path of Building?
Lightning Arrow of Electrocution has the option for "stages" in PoB, which seems to represent the stuck arrows. This works correctly when NOT supported by Barrage, the DPS of the attack goes up per stage, up to 10 and then no further. But when enabling Barrage Support, damage drops back down to 1 stage, and changing the stage number has no effect. It seems like it only calculates 1 stage when Barrage is enabled.

- Can see the damage drops back down
- Try 2+ stages, can see damage stuck at stage 1
