Shockwave doesn't work on Rage Vortex / Rage VC

What is the behaviour in-game?

Doesn't work, no Shockwaves happen on both the melee hit, or the 'wave' you send, or the aoe on the trans gem.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

Shows as being possible to combine/work with Rage Vortex, and even calculates the shockwave damage when you add items/gems to rage vortex.

How to reproduce the issue

Varunastra + Rage Vortex / Rage Vortex of Berserking + Shockwave Gem
