What is the behaviour in-game?

The jewel changes the nodes from melee to bow, ex. Dagger mastery/Claw mastery to affect bow skills instead.

In PoB it doesn't do anything

How to reproduce the issue
  1. New
  2. place skills to the basic jewel socket on the right side near dagger/claw mastery.
  3. Add Lioneye's fall to the socket.
