Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently, when sorting by Per Point on a power report, passives that can be allocated without being connected to the tree are calculated as if you pathed to them, regardless of if you need to or not.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally, when sorting by Per Point on a power report, passives that can be allocated without being connected to the tree would show up with a distance of 1 point.

Describe alternatives you've considered

As far as I'm aware, there is no current similar functionality other than manually hovering over every passive that can be allocated without being connected to the tree. (Thread of Hope, Intuitive Leap, Impossible Escape, etc)

Research direction

Start by locating the Power Report's Per Point sorting and the distance calculation for passives such as Thread of Hope, Intuitive Leap, and Impossible Escape. Confirm how passives that can be allocated without connecting to the tree are identified; done means those passives display a distance of 1 point when sorted by Per Point.
