What is the value from the calculation in-game?
Trying out the new Lacerate of Haemorraging on PoB. And am currently trying to scale the DoT damage.
When allocating a "Damaging ailments deal damage x% faster" notable I see a clear DPS increase. But the moment I do that with a follow up notable or a node like "Dirty Techniques" the damage goes down significantly.
The same applies for notables that do so specifically for bleed damage.
See Screenschots as well as the PoB link for the exact settings I'm currently running.

Research direction
No source files or tests are mentioned. Start by loading the provided PoB build link and reproducing the DPS change while allocating "Damaging ailments deal damage x% faster," "Dirty Techniques," and bleed-specific modifiers. Done means the calculation no longer drops unexpectedly when these faster-ailment modifiers are combined.
