What is the behaviour in-game?

For this scenario I have 3 warcries:

  1. Seismic cry (exert 7 attacks)
  2. Intimidating cry (exert 5 attacks)
  3. Rallying cry (exert 8 attacks)
    all have a cooldown of 4.71s, and a cast time of 0.32s
    I have an attack rate 1.73.

The average uptime should be (if using all 3 of those warcries): # of exerted attacks / attacks per second / (warcry cooldown - casttime of every warcry being used).
After all, I need to spend time for each warcry I am using instead of hitting and expending exert charges. (warcry cooldown also starts the moment you start casting it, see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OmSXKF8tgMI)

Technically, this should also cut into the attack rate of the character, it is after all casting warcries instead of attacking, of which how to effectively calculate I do not know.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

The above image shows that it currently adds the warcry casttime, instead of subtracting it. This causes the uptime to be a lot lower than it should be. Additionally, it should subtract all active warcries.

How to reproduce the issue
  1. add a warcry skill + slam skill
  2. go to calculation tab
  3. see the uptime calculation in 'Exerting Warcries' box be incorrect.
