What is the behaviour in-game?

If you support a skill with both trap + mine support (either a spell, ranged attack or a native trap skill with mine support) it will benefit from both trap and/or mine damage and similar boni.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

in pob it only benefits from trap boni, everything mine related from tree or supports is ignored. interestingly enough, negative malus (like from the support gems themselves) are applied.

How to reproduce the issue
  1. add any spell/ranged attack/trap skill
  2. add both trap and mine support
  3. allocate any nodes granting both trap or mine damage (e.g. saboteur (on the tree, not ascendancy) or any notables from a trap and mine medium cluster)
