Required Dexterity is 160.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

Required Dexterity is 320.

How to reproduce the issue
  1. Create Custom item
  2. Copy a Lioneye's Vision item properties (see text below for mine)
  3. Copied element has 160 Dexterity in requirements, and the +160 Dex requirement mod gets added to it
