Dear Pob creators,

thanks for your continued efforts! I have loads of builds lined up. All op as hell 10 mil dps etc. etc. However I kinda wanna play summoner. Spectres to be specific. Besides Forged frostbearers they are all trash kekw. But Atleast I found 2 that also use a mortar ability 24/7 and I'd like to try playing them (even tho they only have 25% of the dmg of forged frostbearers).

They are called
"Vaal Bloodletter" and "Bloodblessed conquerors".

I couldnt find any other spectres which use mortars without cd and without tons of useless abilities^^. Looked through quite a lot. I wanted to make a build for them but POB doesnt have them integrated. I feel they deserve a spot.

Add another spectre which uses mortars without cd.
