What is the behaviour in-game?

Skilling "Smite the Ignorant" let's me apply cold exposure ingame (tested it in pvp).
I do not have any way besides the node to apply exposure.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

I get the option "Is the Enemy Exposed to Cold?", but when I check it, the exposure does not get added to the calculations.
Adding any other way to inflict Exposure works.

How to reproduce the issue

Socket militant faith that changes a notable to "Smite the weak", skill it, activate it in configuration, dps does not change and it does not show up in calculations tab.
