Button/keybind for opening a new PoB instance

I'd love it if there was a convenient way within PoB to open up a new instance of PoB.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally I'd like to be able to press ctrl-N or have a button at the top to just open a new instance of PoB (either in the same state as the current instance, or starting at the build selection screen).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Of course, right now you can just manually open a new instance of PoB, and as such I certainly consider this a low-priority feature. It's just something that hit me when I absent-mindedly tried to press ctrl-N as you would in many other programs, and I figured it doesn't hurt to ask. I'm not familiar with the codebase, so I have no idea how much work this would require or if it's even feasible, I just figured I'd throw this idea out there in case it happens to be relatively easy to implement.

I was going to explain how I mainly want this because in Windows 10 it's a bit annoying to have to first right-click the icon on the task bar and then click the program to start a new instance when one is already running. That's when I remembered Raymond Hettinger's (of Python fame) favorite saying, "there must be a better way", and I realised you can actually just shift-click the taskbar icon to open a new instance. I know this space isn't really for that, but just wanted to sincerely thank everyone who works on this wonderful tool, you are all a big part of why PoE is enjoyable! :)

Non vengono indicati file, test o punti di ingresso. Chiarisci innanzitutto se Ctrl-N debba avviare un processo PoB separato o aprire una nuova finestra di build e se debba preservare lo stato corrente; quindi definisci una condizione di completamento verificabile per il comportamento scelto.
