Configuration tab UI/UX issues

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The current configuration tab has some issues which result in a bad UX (in my opinion):

1. the groups (general, when in combat, etc.) jump around when you (un)tick checkboxes
2. the custom modifiers group is quite small, cannot be scaled (with the advent of crucible mods, there really isn't too much space there)
3. map modifiers and debuffs take up too much space (I myself don't and haven't used these features ever, I suspect most players are the same)
4. sometimes a label overflows outside its group (one example: "Have your Totems Hit with a Spell Recently?")

Describe the solution you'd like

Just some layman's suggestions:

1. make these groups static and allow the whole page to be scrolled
2. make the custom modifiers group at least twice as large (in height)
3. make some of these groups collapsible and collapsed by default
4. make each group a bit wider (there probably aren't too many lengthy labels)

Beginne am UI-Einstiegspunkt des Konfigurations-Tabs und untersuche, wie seine Gruppen angeordnet und dimensioniert sind. Vergleiche das aktuelle Verhalten mit den angeforderten Änderungen: stabile Gruppenpositionen, Seitenscrolling, eine größere Gruppe für benutzerdefinierte Modifikatoren, einklappbare Gruppen mit hohem Platzbedarf und breitere Gruppen, die lange Beschriftungen enthalten. Fertig ist die Aufgabe, wenn der Konfigurations-Tab diese Layout- und Usability-Anforderungen erfüllt.
