Start on the wrong monitor makes the tool unusable

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

• I've checked for duplicate issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

If I close the tool on the primary monitor, everything is fine the next time I start it.
When I close it on the second monitor, it freezes on the next launch and won't boot again.
I then have to reinstall it before I can use it again...

Inizia riproducendo il blocco all'avvio dopo aver chiuso Path of Building su un monitor secondario, confrontandolo con la chiusura dello strumento sul monitor principale. Traccia dove lo strumento salva e ripristina la posizione della finestra, quindi verifica che l'avvio dopo una chiusura su un monitor secondario funzioni senza reinstallare.
