How is Path of Building expected to behave?

Research direction

Start by reproducing the launch freeze after closing Path of Building on a secondary monitor, comparing it with closing the tool on the primary monitor. Trace where the tool persists and restores its window position, then verify that launching after a secondary-monitor close works without reinstalling.
