Attack speed increases the Attack rate of your ground effects from Bladestorm

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

It uses the CD based attack speed for bladestorm ground effect when combined with General's Cry, making it incorrectly set your attack speed to the wrong number

How to reproduce the issue

General's Cry + Bladestorm
Go to the skill dropdown on the left panel
Select Bladestorm instead of Attack
Your attack rate is capped by General's Cry CD

Reproduisez le problème avec le code de build fourni en combinant General's Cry et Bladestorm, puis sélectionnez Bladestorm dans la liste déroulante des compétences du panneau de gauche. Suivez le calcul de la vitesse d’attaque pour l’effet au sol de Bladestorm et comparez-le au comportement en jeu décrit. Le travail est terminé lorsque Attack Speed influe sur la vitesse d’attaque de l’effet au sol au lieu de la plafonner au temps de recharge de General's Cry, le calcul ayant été vérifié avec le cas de reproduction.
