What is the expected behaviour/value?

Enemy miss chance should be 95% for my build that has high evasion rating, more chance to evade and scaled blind with dread banner.
0.05 x 1.00 clearly isn't 0.52 or 52%. it's 0.05 or 5%.

What is the actual behaviour/value?

It seems like evasion formula in EHP calculation is incorrect. I'm trying to make a build that utilizes dread banner and blind effect, while also making high base evasion on Raider with more chance to evade attack and "Enemy miss chance" formula somehow shows like it's 48%, when it should be at 95%.
