What is the expected behaviour/value?
given: weilding a main hand sword with +1000 local accuracy
when: allocate sword mastery "Off hand accuracy is equal to main hand accuracy while weilding a sword"
then: it should increase my offhand accuracy.
What is the actual behaviour/value?
it doesn't increase my offhand accuracy.
in my case, my build is juggernaut spectral shield throw.
How to reproduce the issue
- equip any sword with local accuracy. Eternal sword for example
- equip any shield.
- add skill: spectral shield throw.
- allocate sword mastery "Off hand accuracy is equal to main hand accuracy while weilding a sword"
