Is your feature request related to a problem?

I'd like to add some templates for options that I check often. Things like "I want to make an Inquisitor, so I am going to want the consecrated ground options checked." Ideally we could add as many templates as we want with whatever configuration options.

Describe the solution you'd like

A drop down right next to "New" button to make a character. Th drop down would be filled with templates to start characters from.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Even without templates, just being able to check whatever configuration boxes I want by default could be nice. Similar to how I can choose the default gem quality and character level.

Research direction

Start at the New character flow and the existing default gem quality and character level settings; trace how configuration options are initialized. Clarify whether templates, a default configuration, or both are in scope, then verify that the selected setup is applied when starting a new character.
