[Feature Request] Manual Trigger on recomputation of Power Report

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The Power Report table recomputes everytime you adjust something from the Passive Tree and it's kind of annoying to trace and sort out where you left off if you changed a lot of things

Describe the solution you'd like

Make Power Report computation manually triggered.
It may be by adding a new button in the Power Report table called Recompute Power Report just below Show allocated nodes

a new setting where it gives you the option to Automatically Compute Power Report
