What is the expected behaviour/value?

Hovering Focal Point while allocated and while unallocated both produce the same hover information (based on the screenshot, it appears to imply that it will add damage in both cases.)
Allocating the node does not appear to impact the build.

What is the actual behaviour/value?
  1. Allocating the node will alter the hover text to specify that unallocating the node will reduce damage.
  2. Allocating the node will alter the damage of the build. (It does so before conversion)
How to reproduce the issue
  1. Using latest master branch
  2. Add build Mirage Archer Toxic Rain.xml into your Builds folder
  3. Open the build in PoB
  4. Convert to 3.16

  5. Hover and/or toggle the Focal Point Deadeye Ascendancy Node
