What is the expected behaviour/value?
(Anointed) Wandslinger's spell damage bonuses to all attacks while wielding a Wand should be shown in the "summary sheet" while you are in the process of crafting Cluster Jewels using the "Craft items..." function, and are using an attack skill that would not normally benefit from spell damage bonuses. In this case Spectral Shield Throw. I am unsure if this is an issue if you'd take the Wandslinger notable normally instead of anointing it on an amulet, as I did not try it.
What is the actual behaviour/value?
(Anointed) Wandslinger's spell damage bonuses to all attacks while wielding a Wand are not shown in the "summary sheet" when crafting new Cluster Jewels using the "Craft items..." function, while you are using an attack skill that would not normally benefit from spell damage bonuses. In this case Spectral Shield Throw.
Once the Cluster Jewels are crafted and appropriately applied to your talent tree, the values are shown correctly though, but having quick access to the numbers would be handy so you don't have to go through the entire crafting process while checking what clusters to use.
How to reproduce the issue
Open up any character build of your choice.
Choose Spectral Shield Throw as your active Skill Gem of choice.
Equip any Wand of your choice in the Main Hand slot.
Equip any Amulet of your choice with the Wandslinger notable as an Anoint.
Start the "Craft item..." process for a Large Cluster Jewel, Spell Damage variant, with any number of added passives; mousover any of the Prefix or Suffix choices that grant spell damage, none of them show your increases in SST damage appropriately in the "summary sheet".
