Wings of Entropy won't work with Chain Hook

  Skill disabled, cant use PoB at all to try and improve my build while using this weapon
• What were you trying to do?

  Chain hook does interact with the Wings of Entropy 2-handed axe, as it counts as dual weilding
• What steps will reproduce the bug?
  equipping the Wings of Entropy axe (or the replica variant) while using chain hook
• Does it reproduce every time?
  so far yes, everytime i try
