What is the behaviour in-game?
Ingame when you socket a Reclaimed Malevolence jewel in a voices large cluster jewel (not tested for all cluster jewels), you dont get its effect nor get the small nodes converted
What is the behaviour in Path of Building?
in pob when you socket a Reclaimed Malevolence jewel into a voices large cluster jewel, you get the small nodes leading to it converted and have the stats and bonus from the jewel apply

socket a voices in your skill tree
place reclaimed malevolence inside it
notice that small nodes are not converted ingame but they are in pob
