Breachlord bloodline +2 gems should not apply to supports

What is the behaviour in-game?

Breachlord bloodline's Esh of the Storm/Tul of the Blizzard grant +2 to level of lightning/cold skill gems.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

This stat instead grants +2 to level of lightning/cold gems in general, i.e. including supports.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Allocate either bloodline notable
2. Equip 4 foulborn unique items to meet the condition
3. Add a lightning/cold support gem
4. See that it has +2 levels even though it shouldn't
