What is the behaviour in-game?

No in game behavior, discussion of build sharing export settings never saving and always exporting to maxroll which fails to handle or display innumerable settings in POB correctly.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

The build export never remembers what the user has selected as the export setting.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Select a build to export
2. Export the build
3. Pick an export setting other than Maxroll
4. Close the program
5. Export another build
6. Watch it default to Maxroll again

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the build export settings flow and how user preferences are persisted; reproduce the export sequence with a non-Maxroll setting. Done means the selected export setting is retained after closing and reopening Path of Building, and subsequent builds use it.
