Necromancer from Scion ascendancy not shown in pobb.in nor calculated in "Party"

What is the behaviour in-game?

When the Necromancer notable is allocated, it grants 2% increased Attack and Cast Speed per Aura affecting you. As an aurabot with 8–9 active auras (depending on whether the Animated Guardian aura is counted), both I and my allies should receive approximately 16–18% increased Attack and Cast Speed.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

The bonus is calculated correctly in my local Path of Building build. However, after generating a Support Export and importing it into my carry's build, the Necromancer attack and cast speed bonus is not applied to the supported character. Other support effects appear to export correctly, but this specific modifier is missing.
The ascendancy point is also missing from the pobb.in preview.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Open an aurabot build in Path of Building.
2. Allocate the Necromancer notable.
3. Configure the build with 8–9 active auras.
4. Verify that the local build receives the expected Attack and Cast Speed bonus from Necromancer.
5. Generate a Support Export.
6. Import the support export into another build (e.g. the carry).
7. Compare the imported build with and without the necromancer in the export. The expected Attack and Cast Speed bonus from Necromancer is not present.
