Description
With the adoption of research environments and workflow run contexts (compute/storage) and the associated "classification" of workloads, it would be good to allow the portal to filter the workflow run list accordingly.
This would allow users to focus / filter on workloads that were run against a particular environment without being distracted by others.
(particularly useful to focus on production workloads while being able to ignore research ones)

Research direction
Start at the workflow run list view and inspect how its existing filters are implemented. Add filtering by workflow run context, including compute or storage environments and workload classification, so users can focus on production or other selected workloads; verify that the list excludes runs outside the chosen context.
