[User Story - Labs - 01] - Library oriented paths

User Story:
User are more likely to have single Library page rather than a unified Subject Page. As a User, we may want find the subjects mapping with libraries in the metadata table, and direct to a subject table with all related Libraries listed, and then direct Library page with library id. In Library page, we will be able to switch version in the library (need more context on this). In Libray page, we will have a overview page to have most metadata, file page to show generated file, report page to display report/analysis results base on the data.

• library report page with reports details
• library with workflow version switch
