Description
Related to https://github.com/manulera/ShareYourCloning_backend/issues/182.
Not sure how long the urls of AddGene are kept around, so there's a chance that they will be removed and the source will no longer be possible to be re-run. Also, maybe the sequence / annotation may change. Some way of warning the user that that's the case could be good. May need something in the frontend as well.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reading related issue #182 and tracing how AddGene URLs are fetched and validated. Done should include a defined response when an old URL is unavailable or its sequence or annotation has changed, plus any required frontend warning.
