Beschreibung
This call needs to be versioned, given a better path and have resource doc documentation.
It was prevsiouly an "undocumented" call but it makes sense that it's supported.
Its used to create transactions (in RDBMS).
possible path could be:
POST /transactions
should still require secret key but we might replace with a Role (then consumers would use with and Direct Login).
