Preview: title is duplicated

1. Bug: When previewing (esp with frontmatter, e.g. live preview), it shows the title 3 times.

I think there are a few different things going on there:
a) it's adding title frontmatter under the properties. actual file looks like this:

• So that needs to be sorted out:
• My preference would be to not show frontmatter at all in a Preview (I think that's the default, just confirming)
• I would like to see the title as an H1 but with no # in front of it.
• To the extent there are "---" lines in the document, those should render as HR

2. While you're in the code, I saw your note in the latest build:

Note: If and when Mermaid releases v12, you can search the plugin's script.js file, and modify the line that includes
"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/mermaid@11/dist/mermaid.esm.min.mjs"
to be whatever the new URL is.

You could just import this as "latest" instead of 11:
https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/mermaid@latest/dist/mermaid.esm.min.mjs

And then you'd always be loading the latest minor or major release version
