Day & Goal Progress

The problem is that I, and many others, don't like math... lol.. but in all honesty I'm always looking for faster or more optimum workflows so to have to count my data for the day or my goal just takes up time, even if it's a few minutes.

**Much like we have /append for a 7 day report, it would be cool to have a /day report to just count, sum, etc. of only what is in TODAY note. So instead of the setting "Exclude Today Note" it would be like "Exclude everything but today note." just for that one command. or even just combining them as a setting... send today report and 7 day report below it. that would even be better for my case.

Also it would be great if we can add a goal for each mention or hashtag so that we can see a percentage at the end of the data towards our goal for that report.

Example:

7 day report:

Protein |------------| Total 300 84%**

The alternative is a table or sheet, but I prefer to keep It all in one note so the alternative is suffering. much suffering in my health. lol no alternatives really.. im NotePlan or die right now.
