[@nativescript/background-http] Error on uploading files

Hello, after updating to newest NativeScript version, we're experiencing issues with file upload. It worked previously with NativeScript 6.

Tested on multiple Android devices with android versions from 10 to 12. Not sure if iOS has the same error. Any suggestions?

Comienza con el stack trace en node_modules/@nativescript/background-http/index.android.js, especialmente con setRequestOptions en la línea 247, y después inspecciona la llamada de upload en src/app/sl/services/upload/upload.service.ts alrededor de las líneas 97, 108 y 251. Reproduce el fallo con las versiones de paquete y la configuración de upload proporcionadas en Android; se considera terminado cuando se haya identificado la causa y la carga de archivos ya no genere el error NotificationConfig.
