[@nativescript/background-http] Error on uploading files

Hello, after updating to newest NativeScript version, we're experiencing issues with file upload. It worked previously with NativeScript 6.

When executing, we're getting following error:

Tested on multiple Android devices with android versions from 10 to 12. Not sure if iOS has the same error. Any suggestions?

Start with the stack trace in node_modules/@nativescript/background-http/index.android.js, especially setRequestOptions at line 247, then inspect the upload call in src/app/sl/services/upload/upload.service.ts around lines 97, 108, and 251. Reproduce the failure with the provided package versions and upload configuration on Android; done means the cause is identified and file upload no longer raises the NotificationConfig error.
