Nativescript 8.6 build error while building for Android

Issue Description

After upgrading my project from 6.x to 8.x I can no longer build for Android. I get the following error:

the offending line is this:

I have been stuck on this for 2 days. Tried cleaning the project, playing around with different adnroid build tool versions, etc. Nothing had worked so far.

Comece pelo platforms/android/app/build.gradle gerado, por volta da linha 589, e pela dependência @nativescript/android 8.6.2 em package.json. Reproduza o build limpo do Android usando as versões listadas; em seguida, identifique a configuração de build ou a dependência responsável e verifique se o build é bem-sucedido após a correção.
