HMR doesn't work on IOS

Issue Description

Applications created with cli 8.5.3 does not work the HMR on ios.

I am creating a sample that I create with cli 8.5.3 and in this application the HMR does not work on ios. To test this I have done the following.

1. I have installed the old cli@8.4.0. I have created a vue3 application and the HMR works fine.
2. I have installed the new cli 8.5.3. I have created an application vue3 and the HMR does not work on ios.

Empieza reproduciendo la aplicación Vue 3 reportada con CLI 8.5.3 en iOS y, después, compárala con la misma aplicación creada con CLI 8.4.0. Investiga la ruta de HMR y de compilación para iOS de la CLI; el trabajo estará terminado cuando los cambios se recarguen en iOS igual que con CLI 8.4.0.
