Applications created with cli 8.5.3 does not work the HMR on ios.
I am creating a sample that I create with cli 8.5.3 and in this application the HMR does not work on ios. To test this I have done the following.
- I have installed the old cli@8.4.0. I have created a vue3 application and the HMR works fine.
- I have installed the new cli 8.5.3. I have created an application vue3 and the HMR does not work on ios.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported Vue 3 application with CLI 8.5.3 on iOS, then compare it with the same application created using CLI 8.4.0. Investigate the CLI's HMR and iOS build path; done means edits reload on iOS as they do with CLI 8.4.0.
