App doesn't build after ns clean

Describe the bug
After cleaning the project with ns clean and starting the app again, webpack aborts with the message :

The same goes for Android

Expected behavior
The app starts as expected

Reproduziere den Fehler mit der aufgeführten Sequenz aus ns create, ns debug, ns clean und npm i unter iOS oder Android. Lies node_modules/@nativescript/webpack/node_modules/webpack/lib/NormalModuleFactory.js rund um die gemeldete Zeile und verfolge die angular-compiler-Integration, die den Hook aufruft. Als abgeschlossen gilt die Aufgabe, wenn die App nach ns clean auf beiden Plattformen erfolgreich startet.
