Dependencies not clean

Currently the dependencies tree from nativescript is not clean but it should be to do automated checks against the NPM tree and having reliable ci/cd.

How to reproduce?

same command within docker:

This checks should imo also be hooked to the nativescript internal ci/cd for releasing the framework / checking the nativescript examples ...
